Der ein oder andere MTB Marathon darf aber auch nicht fehlen...

Practice early
Practice early - and do it with one of the first mountain bikes. In the first years of "riding a bike in the field" there was no carbon, no aluminum, no disc brake, or even electronics on the bike. In the early 90's RockShox developed the first 50mm suspension fork, shortly thereafter my first "real" bike had a fork with suspension. A revolution in the mountains as well as in the trail and since today impossible to imagine. Now no longer wide tires bumped the bumps but a suspension fork. A few years later, the first fully was developed, and this jump on this new bike was realized as quickly as possible - currently I drive an all-mountain fully suspension from Cube with 150 mm of travel in the terrain and on the trail. On CrossCountry tours as well as for the participation in marathon events I drive a Cube Carbon Hardtrail with 100 mm travel.
With more than 20 years of experience on the mountain bike and countless miles driven and overcome elevation meters I show you my most beautiful routes around the Hennesee and in their surroundings. As a trained and certified mountain bike guide, I regularly take part in further education and training camps. But not only that, also in terms of current mountain bike, and fitness technology, I am up to date and give these tips on tour always happy with.
